Got questions about navigating the online world while dealing with cancer? The digital helpline is there to help.

Are you feeling a bit lost in the digital jungle? Ever wish you had someone to guide you through it all? We are here to help.

Our Digital Inclusion Program is specially designed for cancer patients, and it's all about personal support. If you or someone you care for is struggling to manage appointments, bills or other on line services help we can offer support and make connections. You'll get one-on-one help because we know that everyone's digital journey is unique.

We are working in partnership with Lloyds Bank to promote access to help.

The Digital Helpline was created to help people across the UK access their finance and banking services, as well as gain essential digital skills for life. Cancer Card is aware that these are issues of conern to people following a cancer diagnosis. So we are working with Lloyds to raise the profile of this service.

The Digital Helpline is a free, dedicated service, offering 1-2-1 help with your online needs. They’ll chat through the kinds of tasks you want to complete and set up the right level of support to help you. They’ll have access to British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters, so if you have a hearing impairment, they can book you a BSL session using their SignVideo service (available on Safari, Chrome or Firefox web browsers).
