Counselling is available for couples, adults and young people aged 18 years and above.

We offer general and specialist counselling for a wide range of problems including Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Grief, Loss and Bereavement, Relationship problems, Abuse, Spiritual issues, adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, Work related problems, and many other issues.

While the ethos of the service lies within the Christian tradition, our service is available to those of any faith and none. We offer to explore issues with a spiritual understanding (from the perspective of Christianity) for those who specifically request it.
