The evening was hosted by Jay Crawford from Radio Edge. We had an emotional uplifting speaker, Ally Tait who shared her experience of 10 years living with metastatic breast cancer and her relationship with Cancer Card through meeting her "breastie" our Founder Dr Jen Hardie.
The night kicked off with our Piper welcoming 260 guests to our drinks reception sponsored by Insurance with, a specialist company
Over the course of the evening twenty eight guests secured a range of raffle prizes, supported by Cohesity and our star prize of cottage for 6 in Argyll.
Cancer Card are grateful to our 3 sponsors of tables of cancer nurses and those living with cancer were Scottish Building Society; NuVideo and 8 Million Stories.
Our lucky diamond winner won a beautiful one off designed yellow and natural diamond necklace, donated by WTG Henderson jewellers Perth.
We had a range of amazing lots in our silent and live auctions. Some of our generous bidders secured a Porsche experience at Silverstone donated by Edinburgh Porsche, a signed Calcutta Cup shirt supplied by our Patron George Horne and a range of holiday stays donated by the Ship Inn, Loch Melfort Hotel, Prestonfield House Hotel and Ormidale House.
We are delighted to say more than £35,000 has been generated to support Cancer Card's work.
