About The Battle Cancer Program

The Battle Cancer Program is a free 12-week fitness and support initiative designed for anyone who has completed active cancer treatment and is ready to rebuild strength, confidence, and independence through movement and community.

Participants attend twice-weekly small-group training sessions led by specially trained coaches. Alongside physical training, the program focuses on mindset, mental wellbeing, and long-term lifestyle confidence - creating a safe, uplifting environment where survivors can move forward together.

Location in Scotland We currently run the program in Scotland at: GoTrain Eastrocks, Dunbar

How to sign up:

Individuals can find more information and follow the steps to sign up for the Program at www.battlecancerprogram.com

Individuals will need to complete our onboarding questionnaire and download our Medical Consent Form that we ask to be taken to their Doctor/Oncologist to gain their consent and allow them the opportunity to supply any additional information or comments that our Coaches may benefit from being informed of.

We hope to expand further across Scotland in the future to continue supporting more individuals after cancer.
